Lisa and Dan are an amazing, fun loving, sweet couple who chose to celebrate their wedding day in the amazing waterfront restaurant La Palapa by Caleton, located in Cap Cana.

We started emailing back and forth with Lisa only 4 (!!!) months before her wedding. Dan and her initially had a completely different venue booked, but unfortunately last minute their plans had changed due to misinformation and they came in contact with our team.

From the first email we understood that they were desperately in need for a reliable and easy-going wedding planner and decorator.

Immediately we presented them with a variety of options for venues and without a second guess they chose La Palapa by Caleton. No doubt - since it is one of the most exclusive, private, amazingly cozy and stunning venues in the entire Punta Cana area. Add a 5 star service and an award-winning chef and you have the venue of any couples dreams ;)

Lisa and Dan decided to rent a luxurious villa for the wedding day and night in Eden Rock - a VIP resort inside of Cap Cana. Caleton and La Palapa are a part of the Eden Rock resort, so by having the villa they got access to a golf cart, which they were using throughout the entire wedding day.

Lisa got ready in the villa, enjoyed some mimosas and snacks, spent some quality time with her lovely mother and got beautified by the amazing Anna Nuet - one of the leading bridal stylists in Punta Cana.

After the wedding Lisa and Dan got to enjoy the villa for their wedding night, which made it that much more special.

For the ceremony decor Lisa really wanted clean lines, completely white gazebo with some flower decor and half-moon formation for the white Tiffany chairs, completed with coral sashes and flower accents.

Dan's uncle performed a very touching symbolic ceremony, which produced tears on the faces of all people involved, including our team :)

After the ceremony Lisa and Dan were whisked away by their amazing photographer Katya Nova, while the guests enjoyed some mouth-watering cocktails and appetizers.

Caleton is full of stunning backdrops for the wedding photos. Besides the really cool gazebo, overlooking the water, there are breathtaking cliffs and a gorgeous white sand beach.

Our director and wedding coordinator Valerie is always ready to handle anything ;) And she always does it with a smile on her face.

The decor of the restaurant was one of the most important parts fro Lisa. She was very explicit in asking us to keep the tables clean, clutter free, use a lot of flower arrangements of different heights, lots of glass and silver vases and tonnes of candles. We used ivory tablecloths and coral colored napkins. The welcome table came completed with the seating maps in ornate picture frames, the guest book and some cute signs.

The cake table was also decorated with flowers and the cake itself was a work of art with a tonne of fresh flowers.

After the dinner and the first dances the guests were invited outside to enjoy a surprise fire show out on the grassy area outside of the restaurant. The fire show was followed by cake cutting and a crazy hour show which got everyone up on their feet and dancing like demons ;)

It was an incredible wedding and we are extremely grateful that Lisa and Dan trusted us with their wedding on such short notice. We made every effort to make their every wish come true and to really surprise their friends and family with a perfectly planned, organized and decorated wedding.

We wish Lisa and Dan a super happy lie together and hope to see them in the Dominican Republic for one of their anniversaries!
