Every fairytale begins with a princess, who falls in love with a prince and in the end they have a stunning wedding and live happily ever after...
We created just that fairytale wedding for Aika and Ian to send them off into the sunset with style.
The bride and her best friends, along with her 2 beautiful daughters got ready in a super luxurious and private villa in Punta Cana. There our stylist made sure everyone had hair and make-up done, all the girls enjoyed some tropical fruits and a glass of champagne.
Aika has always dreamed of a church wedding, so we found a perfect venue for her - a gorgeous, yet cozy, colonial style chapel in the Fishing Lodge, Cap Cana. The chapel is so beautiful on its own, that it truly did not require much in terms of the decor.
A little champagne toast outside the chapel, followed by family portraits.
Aika and Ian left the chapel in style in the 1930's Pontiac, and went to their reception venue - the La Palapa restaurant in Caleton, Cap Cana.
For the decor of the restaurant Aika wanted to use a lot of live flowers, as well as gold, blush and ivory elements. For the welcome table we made some cute favors - gold glitter covered rum bottles. As an addition to the stunning 3-tier cake, we had a candy bar set up with yummy goodies in the color of the wedding.
The La Palapa restaurant delivered as always with an amazing mouthwatering feast, worthy of real queens and kings!
The amazing dinner was followed by the first dance, then the exciting fire show outside the restaurant, and the crazy hour show, which got everyone off their feet and dancing their feet off!! :) It was a fairytale night to remember, thanks to the incredible Aika and Ian, all of their special guests, their family, and the yours truly, the Val's Weddings team!
